Illustrative brief · fictional Fieldwork campaign

The important details, in one place

Goal: Introduce the Everyday Kit to light-packing travelers.

Creative direction: Show how the kit fits into a real packing routine. Leave room for the creator’s own voice.

Proposed deliverable: One short packing video. Channel and delivery date to be agreed.

Review: Alex reviews factual product claims and agreed requirements before publication.

Rights: Organic reposting requested; paid usage and duration are still open.

Success measure: Track published content and reported engagement. Agree attribution before reporting sales impact.

The thinking behind it

Proposed terms are visible as proposals. The brief does not silently convert an idea into a creator commitment.

This example explains the task. It is not a live run or a customer result.

Bring the context.
Give the team a good start.

Start with what you already have. The team can ask for missing details before preparing the next step.

Help me prepare an influencer campaign brief.

I will share the campaign goal, product details, creator context, brand guidelines, proposed deliverables, budget limits, and timeline. Ask about missing information.

Have Campaign Lead clarify the goal and scope, Creator Operations organize deliverables, review owners, dates, and proposed rights, and Creator Outreach prepare the creator handoff.

Return a draft brief, a list of unresolved decisions, and a message I can review. Separate agreed terms from proposals. Do not invent approvals or commit budget or rights on my behalf.

- Unverified: Actual audience demographics and product experience. Ask before making claims about either.

## Product and message
- Product: Northfield desk tray; placeholder brief source https://example.com/products/desk-tray.
- Key message: Demonstrate where the creator would put everyday stationery.
- Approved facts for this fictional exercise: The sample includes a tray and removable divider. Confirm the final specifications before sending a real brief.
- Not permitted: Claims that the tray increases productivity or improves wellbeing; neither is substantiated here.
- Product access: Brand owner to confirm the creator wants a sample and arrange delivery through the brand’s authorized process. No address is stored in this brief.

## Proposed deliverables
- D-001: One Instagram Reel showing the tray in the creator’s own desk setup.
- Scope: One original video; proposed publication window below. Final length to be agreed with the creator.
- Required elements: Identify the product accurately and include the agreed disclosure and approved destination.

## Dates and review

- Feedback: Sam to return one consolidated response within the mutually agreed window; no confirmed deadline yet.
- Revisions: Proposed one round for factual accuracy and agreed brief requirements, subject to the creator’s quote.
- Publication: Tentatively 2026-10-22 to 2026-10-24, America/New_York.
- Changes: Morgan records proposed changes in the tracker and obtains written confirmation from the creator before updating scope or dates.

## Commercial and usage questions

- Fee: Pending creator quote; no fee approved or accepted.

- Exclusivity: Not requested in this proposal.
- Disclosure: Brand approval owner and creator to confirm appropriate requirements for the actual arrangement before publication.
- Agreement reference: Pending; this example is not an agreement.

## Measurement and handoff
- Proposed measure: Delivery of the agreed video and any performance data the creator separately agrees to share.
- Reporting window: Proposed seven days after publication; not yet agreed.
- Data source: Creator-supplied report, with collection date and metric definitions.

Good to know before you start

Which agents work on the brief?

Campaign Lead sets direction, Creator Operations organizes the brief and delivery details, and Creator Outreach prepares the handoff. Creator Sourcing and Campaign Analytics remain part of the same Marketing team when evidence or measurement is needed.

Can I use my existing brief?

Yes. Share your current document and ask the team to find missing details or prepare a revised version. The blank brief below is an optional starting point.

Does the team approve rights and deliverables?

The team prepares proposals and highlights unresolved terms. The campaign owner and creator still need to agree the scope, rights, fees, and dates.

Does setup create a separate team for each page?

All three task templates use the existing Marketing starter pack. Install it once, then use the different starting briefs for outreach, campaign planning, or delivery coordination.

Is this team available to every account?

Team installation is currently in limited access. Offloop shows the setup link to accounts with Agents access. The team guide, illustrative outputs, and downloadable starting task are available here without signing in.
